A motivational poster created for a kitchen in which i was working where everyone was some level of Newbie. We had this prep cook who would finish every shift by meticulously cleaning her station, taking all the knives to the dish pit and making each one spotless, then walking back to her station with every knife pointed outwards at waist level. She nearly eviscerated three cooks, two servers, a dishdog, and the manager over the course of six months before the message sank in: Knives are sharp.
At least if she carried them this way, the problem would solve itself.
